• First of all, I love this program! The flexibility in the number of puzzle pieces and size is perfect for my use of the program. My three year old granddaughter loves “playing puzzles”. I recently purchased an Animal set and told her that they were hers. It only took her a few weeks to move from completing four piece puzzles where she told me where to put the pieces to her using the laptop to first sort the pieces, then move them into their correct positions, then giggling with a big smile on her face as she listens to the applause to expanding the puzzle to the full screen image. She really likes to change the background colour as well. Your program is a learning tool of great value in several ways: hand-eye coordination; beginning computer skills; space relationships; learning colours; creating confidence in her own ability; and, most importantly, problem solving. Together, my grand daughter and I have gone from me talking her through how to “do” a jigsaw puzzle and moving the pieces for her to me watching silently as she now solves 10 and 12 piece puzzles on her own, only occasionally will she ask for help.

• On your excellent Screenshots webpage you say, “The game is very flexible” and, “The game has many preference settings.”
     These are GROSS understatements! You need to say “The game is unbelievably, incredibly, and amazingly flexible.” And, “It will take you several hours—maybe days—to learn about all the cool and useful preference settings.”
     One of the many preference settings I appreciate is the “alternative” mouse button choice so that my right button rotates the pieces. (I use a track ball and can do all manipulations with one hand.)
     I tried half a dozen (or more) puzzle websites before stumbling over Puzzles Galore. It is so far superior to every one of these sites, comparisons are laughable!
     We are retired and downsized and I had to get rid of my large, custom-built “puzzle table.” Puzzles Galore has given me a way to enjoy puzzling in my smaller abode.
     I told my wife, “This guy David Grey is a genius!” I can’t imagine how you could write a program that is so versatile—so amazing!

• I have been enjoying Jigsaws Galore for several years. I have used other jigsaw programs, but none are as good as Jigsaws Galore. Why do I like it so much? It is easy to use and quite intuitive. The photos are wonderful. You can change so many things to personalise the games to how YOU want to play, from music, to sounds, to size and shape of the pieces, and you can adjust the difficulty of the games. The games are quick and easy to download and payment is simple and safe.
     The customer service is fantastic. David will work to make the consumer happy. Just yesterday, I emailed David with a question about the new version that works with Windows 7. I had bought a new computer that uses Windows 7 last week. I had a response within hours and have now got the Windows 7 version up and running. That's great, and so too are the new images. • Thought you might find this story interesting. Was at my Doctor's office this morning and she asked me if I still needed sleeping medication.
